Measurement data collection for MS-EXCEL
With the IBREXDLL from all IBR interface - and measuring instruments measured data can be read in MS - Excel and can be assigned freely to the cells of any Excel - workbook. The collected measured values can be later statistically analysed by the IBREXSPC.

Modules : IBREXDLL IBREXWGL IBREXSPC The IBR Excel solution consists of the basic module IBREXDLL and the expansion modules IBREXWGL and IBREXSPC for metrology and SPC. IBREXDLL [ F710 001 ] : With the programme IBREXDLL measured values can be read from all IBR interface- and measuring instruments in Excel and can be assigned to the cells of any Excel - workbook. Additional functions of IBREXDLL : - Selection of language ( English German Japanese ... ) - Connection of up to 8 IBR instruments to a PC - Transmission of measured values by data key on the gauge by function key on the PC and by foot or hand switch on the interface or measuring instrument - Part or characteristic depending data collection - Assignment of columns to the different measuring inputs - Automatic structuring of measured values in a table by automatic moving of cursor after receiving a value - No limitation of the Excel functions ( like i.e. mathematical conjunctions of the measured values ... ) - Adjustment windows for the metrology IBREXWGL [ F710 002 ] : IBREXWGL is an expansion module for the IBREXDLL and allows the continuous visualisation of up to 8 mea- suring inputs as numeric and column displays. For each display the unit the resolution the nominal size the upper and lower tolerance and the column display range can be programmed. IBREXSPC [ F710 003 ] : IBREXSPC is an expansion module for the IBREXDLL and allows the statistical analysis of the collected mea- suring data by control charts run charts histograms and statistical data in MS-Excel. The modules are activated by a hardware dongel for RS232 ( Art. No. F720 001 ) or for USB ( Art. No. F720 002 ).
