Elektro-Physik MikroTest 6 Automatic Coating Thickness Gauges
The Coating Thickness Testing Gauge for Testing Coatings on Steel
Automatic operation means that the operator tensions the scale on the gauge, which has a special tension spring built into it and the gauge controls the entire measurement process, after the magnet is set on the surface. The special tension spring applies a pull-off force to the magnet until the magnet lifts off the coating, at which time the scale stops turning and locks the scale automatically. The thickness can be read of the scale.
Features:
Tests all coatings on steel, e.g. paints, powder coating, enamels, chrome, zinc...
Increased repeatability
Measures at any angle
No power supply is required
A coating thickness gauge for quick, precise
and non-destructive measurement of:
•electroplating
•nickel coatings
•phosphating
•paint
•plastic
•enamel etc. on steel
No power supply
No calibration
Measurement at any angle
Fully automatic
