This Foil Dial Thickness Gauge is used exclusively to measure the thickness of thin foils, offering the following features:
- 0-0.1mm range
- A range per revolution of just 0.1mm
- A rigid frame for stability, ease of use and accuracy
- Insulated handle to prevent heat transfer from the hand of the user to the sensitive mechanical parts of the gauge
- A contact force of approximately 1.5N, a lower contact force of 0.7N can be supplied
- Standard contact points: 6.35mm ø flat
- Optional contact points: 10mm ø flat, upper contact point convex r 15 or r 40, lower contact point 6.35mm ø flat, lower contact point r 15, spherical
- Range: 0-0.1mm
- Resolution: 0.001 mm
