These interfaces enable the connection of measuring devices with RS-232C data output (such as the Mitutoyo QM-Data 200 or LH-600) with the USB port of a computer.
The interfaces offer the following benefits:

  • The ability to connect over 70 different measuring instruments with RS232C output, this includes not only Mitutoyo devices but other brands as well (a list is available upon request).
  • The interface converts the different signals from the connected measuring instruments into the same format: keyboard signal (HID).
  • The DMX-0-1 USB has one RS-232C input while the DMX-3-2 has two RS-232C inputs and also 3 Digimatic inputs for connecting Mitutoyo handheld measuring devices.
  • The DMX-3-2 additionally has a virtual COM-Port (VCP) with MUX-10 or MUX-50 format.
