Gauge Blocks

Gauge blocks (Slip Gauges) are an essential element of a quality department or gauge room, often used to set other gauges or for comparative measurement. They are available in 3 materials, Steel, Carbide, and Ceramic. The gauge blocks can be purchased in Metric or Imperial sets of different combinations and accuracy Grades. K Grade being the most accurate and generally used for calibration purposes. Grade 2 is the lowest accuracy grade and good for general workshop used. The most popular and versatile are the Grade 1 and O as these are ideal for most applications.
